BRZ Partnership Architecture Inc. is a creative mid-sized Architectural Firm. We offer a full scope of services in architecture and interior design including program development, feasibility studies, budget development, facility assessments, concept design services, preparation of contract documents, bid services, contract administration and post construction services for both private and public sector clients.

Design Approach

Our approach to delivering a high quality project with the highest level of service is based on our desire to involve the entire team, including the Client Group, our Principals and the engineering consultants in key decisions from the start of design to the completion of a project. We have found that this commitment to service has minimized problems during construction and consistently delivered projects on-time and on-budget. Buildings must be practical as well as sustainable and be designed with the wisdom that only comes from proven, hands-on expertise.
We work with the latest software including AutoCAD 2011, Revit Architecture Suite, Microsoft Project scheduling software and the full array of Microsoft Office and Adobe products. In addition, we establish an FTP site for each project and have the ability to complete 3D design visualizations using Sketch-Up, V-ray, and Photoshop software.

Sustainable Design Approach

At BRZ we value sustainable design and we work to integrate it into all our projects. Our goal is to design a building or space that provides a comfortable environment for the people using it, has minimal impact on the environment and meets the client’s needs and budget. We base our approach on several key elements of sustainable design: flexibility for the future, energy efficiency through design innovation and building systems, water conservation, environmentally preferred materials, occupant health and well being, re-use and recycling and public awareness and education. We have developed a realistic list of Sustainable Design Strategies to implement these key elements.

What is the principle difference you get with BRZ?

Our 2 Principals, Hank Brzezinski and Trevor Floer, have worked together for over 15 years on a wide variety of experience including recreational and aquatic facilities, protective services buildings, cultural and community facilities, seniors and affordable housing, multi-unit residential design, commercial developments and institutional design ranging in scale from small renovations to large multi-use facilities.
Our Principals will be actively involved in your project from the beginning until its completion. With all our projects our Firm is committed to a friendly, professional, creative and efficient approach to design. We actively involve the clients and stakeholders throughout the design process, and we continuously encourage and value their input.
We establish a core team dedicated to each project for the duration of the project. This results in consistency throughout the project and avoids any disconnect between different project stages. The individuals who prepare the design and contract documents are the same individuals who are present at construction meetings.
