Air Harbour

Air Harbour is a 32 unit townhouse style condominium project. The theme of this development was to celebrate the history of aviation in Edmonton and the achievements of Grant McConachie, a pioneer aviator, bush pilot and businessman who owned land in the area. The site is close to Edmonton’s municipal airport which was North America’s first registered airport, known as an “Air Harbour” and was also home to the first flying school in Canada. The units were designed as 2 bedroom bungalows ranging in size from 1,100 – 1300 sq ft specifically tailored to buyers over 50 years of age which would be looking to downsize.
